A tremendously busy job, hectic lifestyle and a penchant for mind-blowing PMS led me into the sweet, sweet arms of Vedic Meditation. Since practicing, I have definitely noticed a marked decrease in both my work-related stress freak-outs and my monthly aggression marathon.
